We take pride in every step of our farming operation. The process from “farm to table” is time-consuming and tedious when done correctly. We carefully and intentionally select breeds, genetics, and sires. The farm’s soil and streams are healthy and strong, as evidenced by the abundance and diversity of our plant and animal wildlife. And it’s all done with passion and joy.
